Amazing experience!! He made sure I got exactly what I was looking for.. he didn’t try to up sell anything.. He has great prices!!! The process took like 25 mins if that! He put it in my car for me!! 10 out of 10 highly recommend ☺️

Great opportunity to buy quality for less. John is a dream to work with. He's very knowledgeable, honest, and kind. There is no pressure to buy. But yes I did! The Eclipse Titanium ET -Med -Full size mattress is so comfy and relieves the stress points in my old body. The pillow is beyond marvelous! Designed for side sleepers, it gives great shoulder and neck support. First night sleeping with it was amazing. No back, neck, or shoulder pain all night! That's incredible for me. This experience was seamless from beginning to end, and that is saying a lot, considering how much I was dreading it. The customer service, along with the quality of what they have to offer was far beyond what I expected, and I ended up leaving with exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend mattress by appointment, even if you do not know what you need, as they are highly educated and willing to help you figure it out.
