Arrived at the appointed time and spent a lot of time sampling different mattresses and discussing how they're made and the pros/cons of each one. I ended up getting a fantastic deal on 4 mattresses with box springs plus they were shipped to North Carolina.

We had an appointment with John today and this was the BEST experience that my husband and I have ever experienced with buying a mattress. John was very knowledgeable and the best non-salesman! Not pushy like the normal mattress stores around here. We left very happy with our new purchase and can’t even wait to sleep tonight! If I could leave 100 stars I would!

This was our first experience with Mattresses by Appointment. John was courteous, answered our questions and offered options to stay in our budget and very tight timeline. Walked away with a very comfortable mattress (and pillow!) for our guest room. Highly recommend.

Went in not sure I was walking out with a purchase. John is straight forward and easy to talk to. He walked me through the entire process and was very knowledgeable. Would recommend anyone in the area make the appointment if you need a new bed. You won't be disappointed.
