Easiest purchase of my life!! I told John what I was looking for and he showed me a few options. Ultimately gave me the best possible price for the product I was after with zero pressure or hassle. An amazing. no pressure, educational experience! John is awesome, patient, friendly, and a great listener! My almost 80 year old mom felt completely comfortable testing out the new mattresses and John listened to her thoughts and opinions the whole time guiding us to how the mattresses perform, etc. We both felt so comfortable making our purchase.
