These "good" reviews must be bought out by this family ran company because there is nothing "good" that I can say about this company since leasing with them at the end of 2016. My apartment was not properly cleaned upon arrival and it is a complete ROACH MOTEL!!!! STAY AWAY FROM ALL MATTOX PROPERTIES!!!!
