I recently moved into Madison House Apartments at 174 South Bethlehem Pike, and the entire experience has been outstanding. Rent is reasonable for the area - location is great - 10 minute walk to the Ambler train station and 5 minute drive to the turnpike

I’ve been living here for almost 4 years and I feel like things get worse every year. Everything is great outside of the tenants and parking. Some of the most inconsiderate people live here, and it’s mostly families with younger kids who scream and run through the halls. The walls aren’t exactly super thick either and I can hear my neighbors young kid screaming at the top of her lungs halfway down the hall outside the apartments (and shake my apartment when they run and jump around in theirs). I lived here since Dec 2019. I loved these apartments. The maintenance team would take care of us immediatly. I will miss this place. Neighbourhood is the best.

I really enjoy living at Mattison House Apartments. The property is well take care off and the neighbors are super friendly. Management is extremely helpful. The apartments are spacious, modern, and very sleek. Residents have permit parking as well. I would recommend this property 100%!
