I lived here since Dec 2019. I loved these apartments. The maintenance team would take care of us immediatly. I will miss this place. Neighbourhood is the best.
I really enjoy living at Mattison House Apartments. The property is well take care off and the neighbors are super friendly. Management is extremely helpful. The apartments are spacious, modern, and very sleek. Residents have permit parking as well. I would recommend this property 100%!
This location has never responded to any of my inquiries about their apartments or availability. I have sent several from 2020-2022. Nothing from their contact form, email or by phone.
Pros: Good neighbors, rent is fair for the location & unit size, right off turnpike and rt 309, management is pleasent to work with Cons: 4 washer/dryers for 45 units, elevator is broken about every other week (avoid if you use a wheelchair!!) , roaches
