I am a new patient and was looking for a new physician as I felt my last one didn’t listen to me and just talked right over me. Dr Towle was thorough and caring. She listened to ever single concern and responded. I’m very impressed with her and her staff.
Twice noe major health issues have gone for over a year without this doctor identifying and treating them. The emergent doctors have been much better at treating my health issues. I wish Summit would make those doctors available as primary care doctors.
I've been seeing Dr. Towle for about 10 years. She's a brilliant doctor who takes my concerns seriously. She has a great bedside manner and is incredibly knowledgeable on a variety of medical issues. I always recommend her when friends or family are looking for a new general practitioner.
Routine office visit as previously scheduled. Dr. Towel was attentive, inquisitive and supportive in response to my questions.
Dr. Towle is my favorite provider and my primary physician. She makes me feel comfortable and well informed at each visit. She treats me for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and tachycardia. She discusses my progress with dementia and has assisted in prescribing necessary therapeutic equipment. Her assistant is very attentive and personable, making sure that all info and questions are passed on to Dr. Towle.
She's a very kind and considerate doctor who always makes me feel safe and comfortable, even when I'm anxious about procedures. She's very knowledgeable and open about women's health. I truly feel like she's looking out for me as a patient, and I always leave my appointments feeling better than I did coming in.
I found Dr. Towle to be incredibly frustrating to work with. She consistently dismissed my own concerns, made assumptions about my lifestyle, and filled appointments by telling me personal stories loosely connected to whatever I was trying to address. Several times I left her office in tears. I’ve never felt so unheard by a doctor. Additionally she prescribed me a new medication without providing me any information on side effects. Dr. Towle is great. Always listens to my problems and moves forward with a plan. I would highly recommend her.
Terrible bed side manner. Immediately dismissed most of my problems as anxiety, and was incredibly rude when I brought up my own concerns about my ongoing health issues. She’s extremely condescending and I wouldn’t recommend going to her if you want answers about anything other than thr common cold.
