Pretty Chic! Unexpected Chic in the middle of an otherwise lack luster shopping strip. Across from the Flower Hill Mall by the Del Mar Fairgrounds, this boutique has wonderful designer and unique women's clothing. Be prepared to spend some $, however. Still, this is a pretty nice, upscale clothing store.
