Started going to this office about 3 years ago and would go no place else. I am not an eyeglass wearer but the office staff was very helpful at check in and check out. I will be sending all my family and friends to them. 5+++++
I've been a patient of Dr. Helfrich for 6 years. He has always been so caring and knowledgeable of any diagnosis. The staff is always so friendly and quick to help pick out quality frames that you like. Unfortunately, I've had multiple optical emergencies. Though, Dr. Helfrich and his staff have always been quick to see me and treat me. Love love love this office and would recommend them to everyone! I'm still in love with my Jimmy Choo Frames ♡♡♡♡ thank you guys!
I love this place! Doctor Helfrich is the best eye doctor ever. I would go no place else. The ladies there are very nice and willing to help out and make sure our glasses fit the best. Two thumbs up!

I have no complaints everyone there is always nice. And the doctors seems to really care about me and they go out of there way to help me.
This place is a joke. The customers service is spotty. The glasses that they sell are over priced and complete junk. You get better deals online all day long. They staff doesn't make you feel welcome and the selection of frames isn't wide at all. Go somewhere else and save the headache
Have been going for years, I trust them and they always go the extra mile.
