I have been a patient for many many years. Have had many many exams and bought many pairs of glasses. Had a frustrating experience waiting a long time for glasses so the most recent visit, where I was picking up glasses, I asked for my complete script (including my PD) and they would not give me it. Why?? I'm guessing they dont want me to order on-line. Made a phone call, sent a letter...no response. Time for a new eye dr.

They are the as absolute best! He saved my eyesight in my left eye because I had #Shingles. He helped me more than my family doc. Highly recommend him!

I have been to this office for the last two sets of glasses and each time had issues with billing... we had care source insurance on the whole family plus a primary insurance. they charged my husband for his set outright when we should have paid nothing out of pocket. I chose to go back this yr giving them a second chance and yet again get scammed. they tried to charge insurances that they were aware were no longer active...
