Billing department is terrible. I visited the office once. The claim was coded incorrectly to my insurance. I called to have it resubmitted and it was supposedly cleared. Over a year plus later get a surprise bill that it was reopened. I have had multiple calls with the office. They stated they were working with my insurance and would call me back. Then the office person called me reminding me of the bill with no information on if they resubmitted or follow up.

They told us to come 20 minutes early for paperwork, then we waited over an hour for them to tell us it was going to be at least 30 minutes longer. So it takes almost 2 hours to be seen. We left. This place is a joke, and I would never recommend these incompetent people to anyone.

I want to thank Mr Mr Brock he is such a wonderful man to me he listens to me and he gets down to the problem and finds out what's going on in my life he don't prejudge me he's been out my 8th doctor there thanks Mr Brock
