Matthews square is great! Super accommodating, friendly and full of great amenities. Side note: The maintenance team is the best; Hard working and go out of their way to ensure any and every job is done well, plus some. Rey and Shariff are the best maintenance techs I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Been here 2 years, possibly going on 3. My girlfriend and and I are super pleased with everything Matthews square has to offer… whether the staff, amenities or community itself!

We were having issues with our A/C, we contacted maintenance and they Sent Mr. Rey Molina, it took him like 10 minutes to fix it. The problem is gone. Great service, Thanks Rey Molina
My husband and I had a wonderful experience. Siggy welcomed us and did a great job showing us around. She was very attentive and answered all our questions very kindly.
