Maintenence is always completed and done well.
So this is my second review. I deleted my first review. It's been about a year and a half now. We are under new management, and everything is so much better. This is a beautiful community, and now that it 's being taken care of properly.It is much more enjoyable.
I cannot thank the team at Matthews Square enough for their kindness, professionalism, and understanding during a very stressful and uncertain time for me. The staff went above and beyond to help me navigate last-minute changes and worked with me to transfer to another unit that better fit my situation. I had a great experience visiting Matthews Square. Siggy at the leasing office was professional, welcoming, and very knowledgeable throughout the tour. She was also a great help during my move-in process, making everything smooth and stress-free. The property itself is beautiful and quiet.
I had an excellent experience touring Matthews Square on 05/09/26, and I especially want to recognize Siggy for providing outstanding service. She was a wonderful representation of a GreyStar property from the moment we arrived.
