I've lived here for almost a year now. I'd like to move into a two-bedroom apartment. They don't make things easy, and you have to go through the process as if you were a new resident, paying a new deposit, but you don't get the first rent free. They didn't show any interest in helping us. Besides the recurring problems we've been having in the common areas (as you can see in the photos), no one has done anything about it for months. Beautiful property, love my new apartment and the staff has been great! The amenities are kept clean and there is much to do.. Like every property you’re still gonna have some people that don’t do what they’re supposed to do when following the rules, but that’s normal but I like the effort that Management puts in trying to get the rule breakers!!

I love living at Matthews Square! It’s a beautiful property with great amenities! Any time I submit a work order or have any questions, the leasing office or maintenance staff are right on top of it!
