I was beyond terrified just making an appointment. Gillian was the first voice i heard and her professional and calming demeanor was exactly what i needed. I walked into the office hysterical and she was so calming. They escorted into a treatment room and Dr.Green came in and after introducing herself asked if she could give me a hug.
