The willingness to make themselves available to facilitate and ensure Our Customers Needs are met. Not always the reception I experience in the Transport Process. Driving down the road we discovered this amazing classic car shop that had the shiniest most beautiful cars Fred had ever seen! The son of the owner greeted us with the warmest of handshakes and stories about how much this shop means to his family especially his father ‘ that is the first one The door everyday’.
