Didn't have the best experience with them. They sounded amazing on the phone. They truly did. We were stuck in Dubai and tasked them with helping us get out and back to the US. We paid $17,490. After getting us an appointment with the CRBA, and we told them they denied us on two occasions, they stopped communications with us. I have several emails that went unanswered on their side and several text messages that went unanswered. For me, it's not about guaranteeing an outcome.
