I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I called ahead for a quote on a very minor jewelry repair and was given a firm price over the phone. Based on that, I drove to the store expecting a straightforward transaction. Instead, I waited an unusually long time before anyone helped me. When the owner finally came out, she quoted me nearly double the price I had been given over the phone. There was no clear explanation for the increase and no apology for the discrepancy. My friend suggested I come here and I am so happy I did! The service was excellent and I felt completely safe leaving my jewelry for repair. I highly recommend!
