One of the few jewelry stores left where you can find something different. The staff is always very helpful and friendly.

I have never received service like this before. Exceptional doesn't do it justice. I had lost a diamond from my engagement ring they not only took care of it but they also examined my wedding band and noticed one of the diamonds was loose. Needless to say I was very grateful. I was looking on the internet for some inspiration for a new setting for my wedding diamond. I found this beautiful, sleek, modern setting and printed out a picture. I held onto it for months, telling myself that "one day" I would look into having it reset. I stuck the picture in my purse and one day, I finally did it. I went in to have my female goat measured for a wedding band and they wouldn't let me bring her in. It's not like they don't supply rings for "Everything" that wants to marry.
I went to buy my engagement ring at Matthews and didn't feel rushed or pushed like other jewelers. They also gave me their recommendations on rings and felt it was what was my best interest. Highly recommended and definitely wouldn't change where I bought the ring. Went back for both of our wedding rings too. Great customer service!
