Alex was professional, efficient, and easy to communicate with. He made the whole car insurance process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!
Alex is definitely a nice agent however I had called this location multiple times before purchasing my vehicle and nobody answered during operation time. Then when I did purchase my car I called to get a quote and was told by Alex he would contact me the following day mind you I informed him I had a deadline which was 7 hours ago from me writing this review I still had No one call me back and I have been calling since 9:30 am as you can see from screen shots of my phone log. I had to go procure insurance in a frenzy assuming... read more
