Great Filipino food, especially the Sisig and Kare-Kare!
We had lunch buffet today in Matthew's Grill (we live in Herndon, VA). The food was awesome and noticeably more delicious than other Filipino restaurants in the area! I was impressed with the service too. The employees kept refilling the food containers with freshly cooked food before or as soon as they got empty. It's like a home cooked meal. The buffet was excellent. Sonia Deusen is the best.
It was my 1st time yesterday as a recommendation by a family friend. Food is authentic Ilocano cuisine,reminded me of the dishes my late grandparents used to cook for me. It was almost an hour away from my house but it was worth it, especially the crispy pata and the sisig. I will definitely come back again.
