The food was excellent. It was not oily and was not loaded with sodium. Staff was friendly and attentive.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the lunch buffet. The food was delicious and wholesome. Tasted like a home cook meal made with love. Awesome and friendly staff.
Went on a Saturday morning and was pleasantly surprised to find a great selection in the buffet of traditional Filipino foods, including lumpia, tocino, longanisa (a chicken version!), chicken adobo, dinaguan (pork cooked in pork blood), fried fish, laing (taro leaves cooked in coconut), casava cake, leche flan and buko pandan (a dessert of pandan-flavored gelatin and shredded young coconut mixed with cream and sweetened milk). I enjoyed excellent Filipino food at Matthew's Grill. The friendly people who work there, the cleanliness of the place, the various choices with the buffet items marked well, and plenty of parking space made this a nice stop for me. I was craving lumpia and pancit and found it to be like the food I ate while living in the Philippine Islands. Easy to get to from I-270 (exit 9).
