RecommendedMy husband and I lost out daughter unexpectedly and it was devastating. We can't say enough good things about Matthews FH & CS. They were so nice, respectful and caring. There wasn't any high pressure sales, they only wanted to accommodate our wishes. The communication and guidance were excellent. The facilities are well appointed, very nice and comfortable. We received many compliments from people in attendance about how nice everything was.
They did all the services for my late husband. They took care of everything. We prepaid through a burial policy and it covered all. There was even a remainder which was provided for me on the day of the funeral. Their services were done with no fan fare but with an eye to respecting the family. I would recommend them to anyone.
I love that they are family owned. We were treated very nice and they were not pushy.
Matthews Funeral Services have done something for a new family this Labor Day weekend when all the rest of us are vacationing with their families. They have opened their arms to a grieving new family in a way that is just unprecedented in today's world. They have won these grieving humans over in a way that just proves we are all human no matter where you come from or what you do. Had a horrible experience here, would not go here again or recommend this place to anyone I know!!
We used this funeral home to put my best friend and my sister to rest. I couldn't be more pleased with the outpouring of support, encouragement, and ease they provided through this process for her husband, myself and her parent's. We will be back, just hope it's later on... Year's down the road.
