I purchased a 2021 Ford Edge Titanium from Matthews Ford in Norwich in November of 2024. The Sales Consultant, Paul M., was very helpful, honest and, unlike past experiences that I've had with other dealers, he was not pushy when it came to the add-ons, like extended warranty, service program or rust protection (I declined all). Since it was a pre-owned vehicle, it did not come with a manual, factory door access code or a second key fob. This place is horrible. The employees have no integrity, will outright lie to your face. Go up to Friendly Ford in Hamilton, it is worth the drive.
Matthews is my primary shop. Good work, reasonable prices.
