This place is horrible. The employees have no integrity, will outright lie to your face. Go up to Friendly Ford in Hamilton, it is worth the drive. I tried using the service department and just as bad. They cut corners everywhere. Went for an oil change and multipoint inspection. They skipped several things and lied to me about it. Handed me a comprehensive list and skipped most of it.
Place is spotless staff is wonderful and Ramsey is extremely intelligent took care of everything I needed

The vehicle went in for a recall, I added an air conditioning issue to it, they did a vehicle inspection and found more trouble that was real, they did the fix right there and had it done in good time, I'm happy with them and they did a good job
