I was told at your collision center that this was a paint adhesion issue, which it clearly is, the paint it literally falling off the primer, only to have Chevy come back and refuse to warranty it because it’s “normal wear and tear”. I’ve never in my life seen this happen to a vehicle, but if that’s “normal” for vehicles your company sells that aren’t even 6 years old you have no business even selling them.
Have been talking to a salesman about a Ford F-350 trade in they had listed. A weeks worth of phone calls and expressing interest to the point of making a appointment Thursday night to test drive but it fell thru due to a storm and it being halloween salesman had kids . Was promised by the salesman that he would put a hold on it so it would not be sold out from under me. Great place to buy a truck. The service was good, they gave me a good price for my trade and I love my new truck.
Bought an extra key online and they told me they would cut it for $10. Got there and they did it for free :) the staff was awesome.
The day I was going to pick up my truck they called and said they wanted 900 more than the price on the window . Yup they pulled the old bait & switch trick ! It will cost a lot more than that , im telling everyone I see about it. They should have honored the windshield price. I told them to stick that car where the sun don't shine . Went to Gault where I was treated well & bought a better truck in the long run!
