I rang up a day prior and Douglas was ready to help the following morning. He did a meticulous job cleaning my carpets, area rugs, and couches. As I have two puppies, there were some spots and odors on certain sections of my carpet and sofa. I recently had my carpets revived by a top-notch carpet cleaning service and they did an EXCEPTIONAL job! I am the proud owner of three dogs and a cat, and after the cleaning was completed, it felt as though I had brand new carpets installed. The professionals who arrived, namely Douglas, were extremely proficient and demonstrated immense patience with my pets who were a tad unsettled during the entire process.
