I had Matthew's Carpet Care come to my home in Washington to clean my carpets. Douglas handled the job and took time to explain the cleaning process and how the equipment worked. Douglas did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet! he was excellent. we are selling our large two-story townhouse with stairs. the carpet is light tan (the original carpet) and had lots of red dirt and tar stains from the road. the high-traffic areas were really discolored.
