Douglas did an outstanding job cleaning the carpets on our stairs and in the bedroom. He was professional, friendly, efficient, and really put in the effort. Our carpets look fresh and spotless now! After our first great experience, we scheduled another appointment to have our stair carpet stretched and to fix some ripples. As a returning customer, I wish I could give more than 5 stars! The customer service and carpet cleaning results are always top-notch. I recently had my white carpet and a recliner cleaned, and Douglas did an amazing job. All the stubborn stains were completely removed from my carpet, and the upholstery looks fresh and spotless. I can’t say enough good things about Matthew's Carpet Care. I have three pets, and sometimes they have accidents right on my favorite (and most expensive) rug. Douglas was professional and friendly every time I called. I always feel like I’m their most important customer, which means a lot.
