My experience started well until it was time for my surgery. The business manager and Dr Wards father scammed me out of money and also I have had to have a “revision “ surgery because the hardware Dr Ward used broke. I have had several professionals say my surgery was poorly done and he used subpar hardware. I would not let this man operate on me and definitely pay attention to your billing because they took money from me when my insurance paid 100% of my surgery costs.
Best Dr.ever his staff are wonderful.
Such a wonderful office and staff and Dr. Ward has excellent bedside manners.
