If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr. Wolenski is great, the office staff are the most disgusting lazy worthless people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Dealing with mental health issues, I shouldn't have to wait 5 days for a returned phone call from the nurse. I shouldn't have to call back to ask where the phone call I requested five days ago is? Being short staffed IS NO EXCUSE for not returning a patient's phone call. Fire all of them and get new staff.
My son lives in an Assisted Living Facility. He has been very pleased with Dr.Wolinski up to this date. On Monday, my son’s facility determined through testing that he had a UTI. Dr. W. was notified of this, but would not prescribe an antibiotic until he saw the actual report. The facility was doing everything on their end to comply with his requests, but to no avail. Today is Friday and still not able to connect with Dr. W. or receive a callback. As a result and a waste of a few thousand dollars, he is being sent to the ER.... read more
