Great doctor
Dr. Harris is a very nice man. Always pleasant to talk to and engaging. Unfortunately, his office staff lets him down frequently and thus I am seeking another primary physician. I have had multiple instances where the office just drops the ball and I must call multiple times to fix the situation. Today I called to “get an appointment to get a cortisone shot in my heel because of heel spur pain”. That is exactly what I said verbatim when I called for the appointment. Extremely disappointed. I went in to see Dr. Harris today who was happy to charge me a copay, for absolutely nothing. Looking for a new primary as we speak.
