I saw Dr. Kneidel for chronic ankle pain that’s been ongoing since November 2024. I came prepared with a detailed history, previous surgery background, and clear questions. Unfortunately, I left feeling dismissed and misunderstood. My visit felt rushed—about five minutes of physical exam and no real discussion of my symptoms beyond the X-rays. Dr Kneidel performed a bunion correction on my right foot. Outpatient surgery. I’m very happy with the results. A couple days of pain after the surgery, but not terrible. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
Knows exactly what he’s doing and talking about. The visit was all of about 5 minutes. Very nonchalant. Good dude. To those complaining about lack of explanation or feeling dismissed, it’s because the situation more than likely didn’t warrant it. If he’s not freaking out about your ankle, you shouldn’t be either. Take your brace, your PT prescription, and move on. Quit harping on people’s livelihood just because they don’t ‘sell’ their product.
