Dr. Kneidel and his team have rendered excellent care to me throughout this entire process since I injured my ankle. His nurse Nicole is awesome and gets the job done. 8 appreciate all that they've done to assist me during this trying time.
Dr Kneidel is an excellent doctor. He cares and it shows up every visit. Straight forward and explains all the details.
The office staff was absolutely wonderful to work with — very kind, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, our experience with the doctor was quite the opposite. He seemed rushed and uninterested in hearing our concerns, often turning his back to us while we were asking questions. His attitude came across as rude and dismissive, which made an already stressful situation even harder.
