I saw Dr Crooks on 7/8 and 7/9. 7/8 was for injections which took place at Banner Surgical Center - Desert Vista--- Dr Crooks was wonderful in procedure room, along with his team. But the facility is horrible- from entering the building to right before being taken back to the procedure room, then from after the procedure was completed to recovery. I do NOT recommend the Facility for procedures. This group sent me home with SOMEONE else's medical folder, of course I didn't recognize it until the next morning. I did take that ... read more
