We had an excellent experience with this company today. We called them out to replace my elderly mother’s toilet and repair another toilet in her guest bathroom. The work was completed efficiently, and everything is functioning perfectly, but what impressed me most was their kindness and integrity. A problem that I thought was the issue in the guest bath was an entirely different problem and they handled iit while taking into account my mom’s fixed income. I called and they showed up very quickly. I had them replace the guts of a toilet. This my fault. They did the work and he also tightened a bolt on the toilet seat. They charged me $325.00 dollars for a thirty dollar item and wouldn’t even put a new or used bolt in to replace the broken one for that price. Nice young man, but I won’t be using them again. Jon with Matthews’s and sons plumbing made time ASAP to see my rent house plumbing issue…patiently walked the tenant and I thru the problem… fix the problem and tested the solution several times. I will definitely use Matthews again on any of my rental property!!
