I highly recommend Matthew. He is great to work with and seeks to address root causes. I found his approach to therapy allowed for personal healing and provided insight and clarity.
Matthew enabled me to experience freedom through the reframing many of my lived experiences and pesky emotions. By distinguishing between what I can control and what I cannot control, I am freer to live as the Child of God that I am called to be. We cannot control emotions as they come and go, but we do get to decide how we will respond to them.
