Dr. Brown is not only arrogant and pompous, but uninformed and lacking the necessary communication skills a doctor should exhibit. I made the mistake of taking my newborn son there and quickly realized a more caring and thorough pediatrician was needed. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Business response:

Dr. Brown has asked me the same questions EVERY single time I have visited him. He doesn't listen. My son has an allergy and he forgets about it every time. I know Doctors have many patients to keep track of, but make a note in his chart for goodness sake! He also talks down to you and makes you feel like you are a crazy, uninformed parent. Do not waste your time seeing Dr. Brown.

This was probably the least personal visit with a doctor I've ever experienced. I felt like my concerns were completely disregarded, while he continued to push his own agenda. We certainly won't be back.

Dr. Brown is pompous and condescending. I've been stuck with him for a while (at least six visits). He talks from the moment he enters the room, not letting the patient speak hardly at all. He is very over-confident to the point that he is cocky. He seems to enjoy his constant cutting comments to his patients and their family. He apparently likes to try to make people feel stupid by talking over and down to them while dismissing their ideas regardless of the merit of the ideas. Avoid him.
