I'm sure my medical procedure went well after having met Dr. Quallick and Nurse Laura at the Franklin medical office, due to their excellent "bedside manor" and genuine concern for my care and safety. My wife and I felt very comfortable relying upon them for my very life. They were both very informative and attentive to their jobs simultaneously.
