Dr. Riley was condescending and unhelpful. My son was diagnosed with a rare disease and needed a Pediatric GI to follow him and help control his disease. He asked me,”So, why ARE you here?” He was unwilling to answer my questions and I left the office in tears. We found another specialist who helped me with my son. I would not recommend Dr. Riley.
We were referred to Dr. Riley for a celiac disease work-up and we have been very pleased with the care my daughter has received since that diagnosis a year and a half ago. He is very knowledgeable, personable & genuinely cares about his patients.
One of the worst experiences ever of visiting a doctor. Does not care to ask for details about the condition, makes up mind about treatment reading previous history . Extremely judgemental, egoistic and rude.
Not helpful at all. Extremely rude and thinks all pediatricians,parents and radiologists are wrong. He thinks pediatrician refered us to him for a fussy baby. He has the nerve to call a 8 week old baby high maintenance. Do yourself a favor and go to someone who will listen and care for you and your children.
