I’ve had Dr Richlen as my Primary Care Physician for about 8 years. He has a remarkable combination of skills: knowledgeable, empathetic, an excellent communicator, compassionate and immediately puts you at ease. His staff is top notch and infinitely accommodating. He’s helped me through some difficult episodes in my health journey, most recently Type 2 Diabetes. I am thankful to have had him all this time. Excellent doctor. Patient, listens, discusses your health with you, even jokes a little after getting to know you. Doesn’t rush you through your appointment and takes as much time with you as needed.
I would highly recommend Dr. Richlen . He is very patient polite he listens well and give his opinion as well as his diagnosis. I enjoyed my visit with him today.

The Ascension clinic is a mess with covid protocols. It’s a new clinic emergency building in Menomonee falls. Made an appointment (which too 30 min because they were training) fo mr my son with a possible sinus infection. We get there they wanted us to walk outside to the emergency room for a rapid covid before they would see him. The emergency room wasn’t doing rapid tests so we had to cancel our appointment. What a shame. Tried to see if this dr could become our new primary doctor. We will look elsewhere.
Always have a good visit with Dr. Richlen. He explains things very well.
I most definitely would recommend Dr. Richlen to family and friends!
