I have had a very good experience with Dr. Reiner and his technical staff assistants with my hammer toe surgery. Healing is good and I’m happy with the results. I cannot say the same for the office receptionists, office manager (Kirkland only) and billing. I am very frustrated that as much as I try to keep current with bills, each time I would come in they would say I owe more money, even though I have paid in full and current on my co-pays.
