I had an appointment with him in January of 26 for corrective jaw surgery. His office has yet to submit a prior authorization to my insurance for surgery and it's May. Nearly 5 months and I can't get anyone on the phone. I just sit on hold. Last I talked with them over a month ago, they said they would put it in. I'm just going to forgot this surgery. I developed osteoradionecrosis after having radiation treatments for my throat cancer. My lower right jaw bone was toast after 18 months. After 40 hyperbaric oxygen treatments, My oral surgeon recommended Dr. Radent.
