Mr. Lucas has been professional and attentive to the needs of my mother. I like how he addresses her directly even though I am there to assist her. He shows he such respect and at the same time acknowledges my presence and role. Incidentally, there is a bad review on here about not being able to obtain a trust copy. We had the same issue and as it turns out, if the original was lost, there is no way to ensure that the client hasn’t revoked their decisions, will, or beneficiaries. This attorney prepared my living trust a few years back. I needed to get a copy of it but apparently they don't do that. It was most frustrating and very unprofessional in my opinion
