This review is directed solely to the front desk clerk who handles check in. She is arrogant and argumentative. She treats people as "patient units" to be processed instead of treating them as real humans. Because of her, I will not go back.
The office staff will insist on taking photos of your skin condition for their "records". I'm not comfortable with that and said so and they backed off. Then Dr. Livinggood came in and asked again. Apparently the staff informed him of my failure to comply with their request. It felt like an argument. They're also very unaccommodating about calling in prescription refills, even if you already have an appointment scheduled.
Dr Livingood is amazing. He is the best dermatologist I’ve seen. He has an incredible team, is very thorough, and is trustworthy! I love him as my doctor and thankful that I found him. Highly recommend for anyone.
Do not trust this Dr. Livingood. He seems so legitimate on his website, but when Iordered his 1$ book, one minute later he tried to access my bank account for $1000! Thank goodness my bank found this suspicious and locked my debit card. Now I have the hassle of getting a new card and notifying all my contacts who use the.old card. There may be some worthwhile informaion in the book, but not enough to justify this kind of fraud. Caveat emptor,,,Letthe buyer beware.
Great doctor. Dr. Livingood really listened to my concerns and even called me after hours to discuss more. Highly recommend - my entire family now sees him.
