Came here when I was 16 or 17 because I wanted to get my deviated septum fixed. Dismissed my concerns i have recurring ear infection for pass 2 years in my right ear can't even wear hearing aid in it and he saod nothing wrong and give me flunase which didn't do anything jasper county jail even recommend me for this doctor lol they denied me proper medical treatment for ear infection
I want to see the doctor in crown point with a very serious sinus problem I called ahead of time they told me he could take care of it he was nice and friendly and his staff was nice and friendly this guy had no idea what he was doing total waste of my time this guy is a joke I think twice before I went to go see him then he tried to give me a referral to a doctor 6 hours away
The nursing staff was extremely thorough and addressed all my concerns. The doctor however (Dr. Provenzano), completely dismissed all of my concerns and forgot one of my two chief complaints; for one of the chief complaints he called it “ear psoriasis” rather than giving me an actual medical diagnosis and for the other chief complaint he completely forgot to address it although it was mentioned to nursing staff; once mentioned to him, rather than actually addressing it he wrote it off as “nothing to be concerned about at thi... read more
