They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very welcoming. They are friendly and professional, and make the whole experience as good as it can be. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. If I end up with another injury I'll go back.

They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
