This review does not even deserve one star. Previously, Matthew Pacheco brought his clients into my home residence and his lack of professionalism, left the inside of my home never the same. Matthew gave no apology for the situation, treated me like less than a person, lacks customer service skills & empathy and was overall very unprofessional. That was my experience with him. A genuine apology after the fact would have gone a long way.
Matt is one of the best realators I know and I would be more than happy to use him whenever I can!! I'm planning to buy my next house through him and his team!! I fully recommend Matt to help you buy or sell and property!!!
