Very detailed examination with state of the art equipment.
The doctor was fine but the office staff was a zoo. I’ve never had to wait 2 1/2 hrs. to see a doctor. And I watched one customer after another go ahead of me when They had come in after me. I checked my calendar this appt. had been made December 15th!! They made me feel like they didn’t know I was supposed to be there!
The staff at Premiere Eye Care are wonderful. Dr. Traynor is fantastic and explains everything very well regarding your eye exam. Love it here!!!
Had Cataract surgery on both eyes. Dr. Traynor explained the need, the procedure, and what to expect after. Very good patient skills, and was genuinely concerned about my fears, and answered all my questions. One of the only times I've ever had a doctor call me at home after the surgery to check on how I was doing and if I had any problems or concerns. Additionally, the wait times for my appointments was very acceptable compared to other eye care professionals in the area.
Such a personable, professional, efficient doctor. I couldn't be more pleased with his care.
