HATE THE SIGN IN WHY WONT IT JUST SIGN ME IN WHEN IT TEXTS COFORM ON PHONE
The Dr is great but his scheduler and office staff are terrible!! Very rude and unresponsive! Took me over a month to get my appointment scheduled, I ran out of my heart medications and they REFUSED to refill until I was seen again! Absolutely ridiculous to deny a heart patient their necessary medications!!
The scheduler, Jennifer, needs to be fired. Isn’t your sole job to help and serve your patients? If so, you have NOT done that. You can’t deny a heart patient medications they need in order to function properly. To live comfortably. Especially when the heart patient has been trying to schedule a follow up appointment for OVER a month with you and no one could get back to her in a timely manner!! Sounds to me like Jennifer is slacking big time and need’s to be held accountable for it.
