My mom had an appointment yesterday and one of the receptionist was very rude it’s not the first time she’s disrespectful to her , my mother had the appointment card written by someone in the office and also received text messages to remind her about her appointment, after waiting 30 minutes the receptionist calls her to say she doesn’t have an appointment and and sarcastically telling her oh well you don’t have an appointment and there’s nothing she can do.
