I was pleased with Dr. Ngs knowledge, however I would like to suggest that he takes more time explaining my medical condition. He spoke to me as if I knew all about hemorrhoids and their treatments - in truth I did not know anything about them. I was given a pamphlet which helped, but I would have liked to have a more orientation-based discussion with him first.
