Dr. Mittiga is an amazing pediatrician. I am so thankful that we have him as the doctor for our two boys. We have seen him for sick visits and well checks. His bedside manor is wonderful. He talks to you like a normal person. The thing I love most about him is that he actually listens to what we are saying. He doesn't try to push unnecessary things on you. Dr. Mittiga is one of two pediatricians that I've ever actually liked. And to give you background, I have 4 kids, and used to be an army wife. (We've seen a lot of doctors!). What I like about him is he's down to Earth, he doesn't act like he's above you, he explains things, he's easy to talk to, he is punctual, he has excellent bed side manner. Fantastic pediatric experience with our son’s Doctor today. (Dr Matthew Mittiga). He listened to me as a parent wholeheartedly. That doesn’t happen very often in the pediatrician world. At least with children with high needs. He was willing to help us get lab work done, and some other testing done. It’s so appreciated. I’ve been an autism dad and a disability dad and a foster parent for a very long time. It’s refreshing to bring our kids in to see Dr Mittiga. He’s fantastic.
