In 4 days, it will be 3 months I been waiting for my glasses. Numerous excuses ranging from blaming the factory on defective lenses, to they are switching to a different factory. Now it's we mailed them. Well it's been long enough. STAY AWAY From here at all cost! This place won't return your phone calls. The only way I can get a hold of them is to have a 3 way call from the insurance company. Just to hear more lies. 🤥
Never examined my eyes before proceeding, with a long lecture and a diagnosis. Diagnosis was related to dry eye when I came in with having been diagnosed with drusen’s and potential cataract. Was experiencing blurred vision. He never addressed that, he got contentious, and tried to physically block me when I got up to walk out.
