I wanted to share my mother’s experience. Dr. Miller was so rude and curt with her, he spoke down to her and was trying to tell her the reason for her issues with her eye is because she wasn’t using the drops, which is 100% not true, she followed the discharge paperwork to a T. He was in such a big hurry durning the appointment and then blamed it on her because they squeezed her in. She was having issues after her cataract surgery and needed to be seen. If I could give zero stars I would.

I never had experience like this.I thought I was in the army.The only thing he did explain how many minutes he needed to introduce the information to your profile on the computer,how effective he is .It made you feel ashamed if you didn’t complete the paperwork correctly (you had so much time you were not able to finished)About the examination his only scope was to prescribe glasses not examining the health of the eye.I had cataract surgery on both of my eyes,my husband is diabetic he ignored all of that.On scale of 10 he de... read more
In 4 days, it will be 3 months I been waiting for my glasses. Numerous excuses ranging from blaming the factory on defective lenses, to they are switching to a different factory. Now it's we mailed them. Well it's been long enough. STAY AWAY From here at all cost! This place won't return your phone calls. The only way I can get a hold of them is to have a 3 way call from the insurance company. Just to hear more lies. 🤥
