Dr. McQuaid is amazing!!! After just one visit and a new pair of shoes, the pain I’ve had in my foot for 6 months is gone. Dr. McQuaid is very thorough at explaining things and I highly recommend him.

I have been seeing Dr. McQuaid for my diabetic nerve pain and related feet and lower leg pain due to diabetes & high blood pressure. Dr. McQuaid has been informative, and realistic as to my condition. He has treated my symptoms aggressively, while at the same time educating me on what I need to do to help myself with these conditions. His office staff is efficient and courteous. He is conscious of my appointment time so I don't have to wait. Dr. McQuaid has helped me to feel better.

Dr. McQuaid is straight forward, caring and truly in tune with what I am telling him is happening. He has approached treatment of my symptoms as aggressively as possible, while at the same time explaining that there is a process to improving my condition. Has Dr. McQuaid helped me? YES! I RECOMMEND DR. MCQUAID!

Dr. McQuaid is arrogant, more concerned about reading off a bunch of medical procedure numbers into his computer than interacting with and finding out what his patient needs. During a recent visit to try on new diabetic shoes, he belittled me when I had to refuse them because they were solid leather. I remember telling him I cannot wear leather, in addition to needing velcro. So I did get the velcro, but the shoes were unwearable. He acted as if my refusal were a personal affront to his work!
Business response:
We did our best to help our patient receive a free pair of shoes from Medicare. The shoes were picked and ordered by the patient himself. When they arrived our patient refused them. The shoes were paid for by Medicare with no patient expense. Instead of giving them a try, he complained. My staff spent several hours with his family doctor in providing the shoes for the patient. If this patient returns to our office we will do our best as always to provide outstanding patient care.
