I drove in a blizzard 12-23-22, to Dr. Marks Office , for my confirmed appointment and I was turned away. Dr. Mark's staff claimed I was not an existing patient, even after I advised Dr. Mark administered a cortizone shot after my prior physical at MP Bedford- Family Medicine. Dr. Mark refused to provide an end of year physical as scheduled.
I've had a great relationship with Dr. Mark for 20 years. He spends time talking about any concerns that I have and really seems to care. Also, he's a mountain biker, as am I, so we always talk about that, as well.
My husband and I have been patients of this practice before Dr. Mark came on board and our daughter joined when she became too old for her pediatric practice. We all love Dr. Mark he is always very kind, caring, and knowledgeable. He always go that extra mile for his patients. I would never think of leaving Dr. Mark. I recommend him to anyone looking for a new primary care physician.
I was with Dr. Mark from the time he started. Always helpful, caring and listened to all my questions and concerns without making me feel I was bothering him. I moved 2 hrs away and continued to see him after that. I would recommend he to anyone.
