I waited 6 weeks for this Dr to review my chart to determine if I could even make the initial appointment. After calling repeatedly and being told he had not even looked at my chart I started calling every other day. Finally, I was told I don't meet his criteria and he would not see me. Now, the earliest appointment I can get is mid December prolonging my daily pain, delaying diagnosis and treatment. Would not recommend this Dr or the Banner Alzheimer's Memory Clinic.
