I felt his egotism impaired his medical judgement. I had a bad outcome from his shoulder surgery and didn’t get relief until Dr. Kevin Kaplan performed a revision surgery to correct his mistakes.
I met Dr Crowe when he did my husband’s surgery 7weeks ago. He was very professional, informative and I could tell he has a genuine interest in his patients. This time it was my turn and I could not tell you how comfortable he and his team made me feel that they understood my concerns. Dr Crowe will be doing my husband’s next surgery.
He is excellent. He along with his team are so caring and understanding. They communicate very well. Everything is explained well. They even follow up with a phone call during the recovery period.
