I contacted Matthew Lorand Roofing about a roof leak when I found water from a recent rain in my closet. Jason Joseph promptly came to inspect the roof of my duplex. He assured me the overall condition of my 8 year old roof was good. All it needed was replacing and resealing the vent covers that had deteriorated in the brutal Texas heat. I was relieved and very pleased with the estimate of less than $700. The crew arrived a few days later and did an excellent job.

Start to finish, Jason and his team at Matthew Lorand were kind, professional, efficient and fairly priced! No BS, no sales tactics, just great quality work on the timeline they promised. They replaced our entire roof, siding and trim. I would suggest that anyone looking for a new roof or any large updates on their home stop here first.
