I contacted Matthew Lorand Roofing about a roof leak when I found water from a recent rain in my closet. Jason Joseph promptly came to inspect the roof of my duplex. He assured me the overall condition of my 8 year old roof was good. All it needed was replacing and resealing the vent covers that had deteriorated in the brutal Texas heat. I was relieved and very pleased with the estimate of less than $700. The crew arrived a few days later and did an excellent job.
Jason and the team at Matthew Lorand Roofing were outstanding from start to finish. Jason was incredibly responsive, explained the entire process clearly, and had the fastest turnaround of anyone I contacted for quotes. Pricing was competitive and straightforward. Emmanuel handled the repairs and did an excellent job. He was friendly, respectful, and even took his shoes off when coming inside, which we really appreciated since we have a newborn at home. From the first communication, the service was excellent. Jason, the owner, answered all my questions. I was very impressed with professionalism and how prompt I've received the quote. Since I have never delt with roof replacement, involving insurance company, every step was explained to me in details. Additionally, the fact that the company employs, not sub-contracts its workers, was very important to us. The job was completed timely and the new roof looks fantastic.
