I had a few damaged shingles that needed repair, and this roofing company did an excellent job. They responded quickly, scheduled the repair promptly, and completed the work professionally. The crew was courteous, efficient, and made sure everything was fixed correctly the first time. The roof looks great, and the entire process was stress-free. I contacted Matthew Lorand Roofing about a roof leak when I found water from a recent rain in my closet. Jason Joseph promptly came to inspect the roof of my duplex. He assured me the overall condition of my 8 year old roof was good. All it needed was replacing and resealing the vent covers that had deteriorated in the brutal Texas heat. I was relieved and very pleased with the estimate of less than $700. The crew arrived a few days later and did an excellent job.
Had a great experience with Jason Joseph of Matthew Lorand Roofing. I used them to paint the exterior of my home and replace the roof. Jason communicates well and is very transparent about the process and cost. The painters were professional and respectful of requests and did a fantastic job. Cleaned up afterwards.
