I contacted Matthew Lorand Roofing about a roof leak when I found water from a recent rain in my closet. Jason Joseph promptly came to inspect the roof of my duplex. He assured me the overall condition of my 8 year old roof was good. All it needed was replacing and resealing the vent covers that had deteriorated in the brutal Texas heat. I was relieved and very pleased with the estimate of less than $700. The crew arrived a few days later and did an excellent job.

I had my full roof replaced in one day - I left for work in the morning and when I came back it was all done. They did a good job cleaning up afterwards and the price was better than the estimate from my insurance company. Everything looks great after getting up on the roof and inspecting it myself. Beforehand, the owner met with me in-person to discuss the process and answer any questions. No complaints!
